Selling your property

Our service can include professional photography, floor plans and online property advertising, including exposure through major property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
Candor Property operates its residential sales service on a No Sale No Fee basis. Your agreed commission and the exact terms that apply will be clearly set out in your agency agreement before marketing begins.
In most cases a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required when a property is marketed for sale. If your property already has a valid EPC, it may be possible to use the existing certificate.
An EPC is normally valid for 10 years, unless a newer certificate has subsequently been produced for the property.
